Concrete Batcher | Dubbo

We are now seeking an experienced, reliable and committed Concrete Batcher to join the team at our Dubbo Concrete Plant. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Batcher role is commonly a career stepping stone into Heidelberg Materials Australia Management, therefore may suit an ambitious and career driven person. This is a full time Monday to Friday role with regular rostered hours being anywhere between 5:00am to 5:00pm, with occasional Saturday mornings when required.

In your new role with us, you will: Manage batching and loading of fleet for delivery to our valued customers Contractor management for the plant Balance our customers' needs and allocation of fleet through effective planning and decision making to ensure maximum fleet productivity, utilisation and efficiency Engage with customers and respond to enquiries Manage and monitor orders to ensure delivery and products meet quality requirements This role is a great fit if you: Have a passion for delivering remarkable customer service and great results Are a team player who can multi-task and make quick effective decisions under pressure Are a natural problem solver and enjoy planning and troubleshooting Can efficiently support individual customer requests Want to contribute to the overall performance of the Heidelberg Materials business Be able to, or willing to learn how to operate the Front-end loader Be able to, or willing to learn how to operate a concrete agitator incl concrete delivery What we offer: Base rate of $31.97 – $40.05 p.hr (pending experience) + OT, allowances & super Be part of highly recognised global brand name and growing organisation PPE & Uniforms are supplied Weekly pay cycle & Monthly RDO Ongoing training, career and development opportunities About Heidelberg Materials With more than 4,000 employees across 300 sites, we have an extensive production and logistics network across Australia.
