HR Agitator Driver | Moranbah

FIFO Agitator Driver | Moranbah QLD Heidelberg Materials are currently seeking a FIFO or local HR Agitator Driver to join our team in Moranbah Concrete Plant. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about safety, hold a strong work ethic and are results focused. Effective communication and a willingness to go the extra mile for our customers is essential. Financials: For locals, you will receive rental assistance. For FIFO we will fly you in from Brisbane Airport. In addition to your wage, you will receive a living away from allowance, plus accommodation. 3 weeks on 1 week off roster. $34.18+ per hour, plus penalties. About the role: Drive reliable and well-maintained equipment Deliver concrete to our customers Operate and maintain a concrete agitator truck Go through a 10-day training program. Most days will start at 7am-3pm and drivers can do up to and over 10 hours per day, and around 50 – 55 hours per week.

You will be dealing with lots of different personalities every day, so you need to be comfortable interacting with people you haven’t met before. We provide you with cutting edge technology, to not only keep you safe whilst driving, but also to help you map your routes and keep track of your loads. About you: Agitator experience preferred however, willing to train the right person Current White Card or ability to obtain if successful Have a professional work ethic with a customer service-oriented attitude A Mechanical aptitude and ability to solve problems Have a high regard for safety policies and procedures Hold a minimum HR licence.
