We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated, enthusiastic & customer focused Accounts Payable Officer to join our National Accounts Payable team working out of our modern Shared Services Centre in Parramatta, NSW. What’s the role? You’ll be working full-time, 38 hours a week, Monday to Friday, supporting our Accounts Payable team.


Here’s what you’ll be doing: Handling and resolving suppliers’ queries Ensuring compliance with Accounts Payable policies and procedures Escalating any issues related to purchase orders and suppliers’ invoices Processing invoices with precision Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to keep communication flowing and resolve supplier requests promptly Following company policies to action business requests and ensure invoices are completed accurately and on time Maintaining governance, integrity, and completeness by addressing problem invoices and updating prices Monitoring and liaising across the business to resolve parked/blocked invoices Performing supplier statement reconciliations and following up on missing invoices and balances Reviewing monthly reconciliations and addressing outstanding items Clearing SAP Staging Area processes to handle incomplete data, remove duplicates, and return incomplete invoices to suppliers Supporting the team as needed and being the go-to backup for ad-hoc requests Is this you? 1-2 years’ experience in an Accounts Payable role with; SAP experience (highly desirable) Experience in AP analysis (preferred) Exceptional interpersonal and clear communication skills (essential) Intermediate Excel skills Strong commitment to meeting strict deadlines High attention to detail and efficiency Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, can-do attitude Ready to apply?
