Development Role Trainee Quarry Manager – Farleigh Quarry, Mackay, QLD. About the Quarry Leadership Program: As a Trainee Quarry Manager, you will develop your Aggregates knowledge, skills, experience as well as to develop your leadership skills and complete the necessary formal qualifications to transition to become a Quarry Manager. You will be mentored and supported by the several leaders such as Quarry Managers, Supply Chain Manager – Aggs and Country Operations Manager. During your time on the QLP, you will learn all aspects of our Aggregates business and our 4 strategic pillars and the values that underpin them. Pit Production Plant Processing Operations Sales, Quality & Technical Operations Leadership & General Business Operation You will learn about the importance of the customer and most importantly, you will learn how to manage, lead and drive the teams you interact with.

Complete your weekly learning reports and submit to your Quarry Manager for review and feedback. Availability and flexibility in your start and finish times at the Quarry. Effectively operate as part of a team on the site. Learn all aspects of Quarry operations as evidenced by successfully fulfilling all requirements necessary to become an appointment statutory figure within the quarry leadership team.
