Casual Agitator Drivers | Bunbury Driving a concrete agitator truck for Heidelberg Materials is more than just going from A to B and back again. Our Agitator drivers provide high levels of customer service to our clients receiving our products, becoming the face of our business. As a Driver, you will be making multiple deliveries throughout the day, operating the batch plant, and interacting with lots of different people. Every day will be different, there’s nothing routine about this role! About the role: Rates: $35.74ph plus penalties (rate X 1.5 after 8 hours, rate X 2.0 after 10 hours). You will be based at Bunbury Concrete Plant. Most days will start at 7am-3pm and drivers can do up to and over 10 hours per day, and around 50 – 55 hours per week. As we mentioned, driving an Agi is like being a Customer Service Agent on wheels.


You will be dealing with lots of different personalities every day, so you need to be comfortable interacting with people you haven’t met before We provide cutting edge technology to not only keep you safe whilst driving, but also to help you map your routes and keep track of your loads All new starts go through a 10-day training program before we let you loose by yourself. About you: Minimum of HR license (essential) with previous driving experience (preferred) You enjoy meeting people and having a chat with them when you’re onsite You prefer variety in your working life. No two days are ever the same when you’re driving one of our Agi trucks You take pride in the appearance of your truck. Keep it clean, give it a wash and present the best image of our company.
