The role: To increase market traction with our products, digital solutions, and sustainability offerings, we need to drive the right marketing support. This will not only secure our position at the table but also help us surpass our competitors. This role is critical to the success of these goals and will be instrumental in their success. What you will be doing: Collaborating with managers to set priorities and create a marketing plan for new business, products, and services. This includes organizing customer events and engaging stakeholders. Communicating with customers to showcase Heidelberg Materials group (excluding AFG) through all channels.


Working with the GM Sales & Marketing to develop, execute, and measure marketing strategies for revenue growth and profit. Recommending activities to ensure growth across digital and non-digital programs, targeting market segments and stakeholders. Developing marketing materials like case studies and advertising for the Communication team. Suggesting sales and marketing activities for the Communication Plan, including SEO and SEM. Collaborating with the National Technical Manager and Sustainability Manager to translate complex messages for customers and the sales team. Working closely with the National Sales & Marketing team on customer, digital, and sales initiatives. Acting as a marketing expert across Heidelberg Materials Group, supporting regional teams with events and presentations. Monitoring the marketing budget. Creating content that aligns with brand value propositions to drive revenue growth.


Measuring and evaluating the impact of brand and communication on sales growth, market share, and profitability. Building and maintaining relationships with industry associations, experts, and stakeholders. About you: You know how to drive effective marketing activities for commercial benefits and evaluate their success. You can interpret and convert GTM into clear communication. You understand different stakeholders in the construction market segments. You communicate through value, not just product features. You drive brand value propositions and tone of voice in all marketing communications. You have proven experience in developing marketing strategies across various brands and platforms. You have strong critical thinking skills and a strategic mindset. You can link marketing initiatives to commercial outcomes. You are proactive with strong goal and performance orientation. You have effective communication and presentation skills to influence key stakeholders. You understand social media engagement. You understand change management. You have strong execution skills with a sense of urgency. Experience: Over 10 years of marketing and communication experience in a B2B industrial environment. Over 5 years of digital marketing experience. Proven ability to link and convert marketing activities to commercial outcomes. Experience in the industrial sector, preferably construction.
