Supply Chain Lead We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic customer focused go-getter to join the Heidelberg Materials Australia team in Geelong, Victoria. The Plant Supervisor has excellent career development potential with the opportunity to learn about concrete, quarry materials, plant operation, concrete batching, scheduling, and logistics whilst working in the construction industry. Are you a self-motivated team player? We are looking for someone who is passionate about safety, results focused with awesome communication skills, a strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task. Candidates from all industries (i.e., hospitality, logistics, agriculture, supply chain, commerce, fast food, manufacturing, mining, health) are encouraged to apply – we’re just looking for great people with a positive can-do attitude… we’ll teach the rest! If you do have batching or concrete experience that’s great but it is not a pre-requisite.
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, including overtime and rostered Saturday work according to business needs.
