About the Workday Integrations Specialist Role: Reporting into the Manager Corporate Services & Governance (IT), this role will play a crucial part in our ongoing Workday integrations.

Maintain Workday integration configuration (including data mapping) Design, develop and support integration solutions Manage integration between Workday, SAP Payroll and other downstream systems Willingness to learn integration aspects with SAP Troubleshooting integration issues and bugs to develop and deploy fixes Background and Experience required: Workday Studio Integrations, Azure/AWS Cloud Platforms, other 3rd party integrations platforms Documenting integration solutions Technical facets of integration Previous experience with the development, implementation and maintenance of systems integrations Experience with Workday Integrations, ideally 2 years + (essential) – Absence, Compensation, Collective Agreements, Core HCM Experience with additional Workday Integrations (desired) – Time and Attendance, Scheduling, Learning SAP IDoc experience an advantage Test management and execution Project reporting tools and frameworks for tracking deliverables Workday EIBs PECI Payroll Integration Web Services and APIs Problem Solving & troubleshooting Attention to detail Providing thorough documentation Intermediate + skills in Microsoft Excel Analysis Ability to work autonomously and in teams Strong technical skills in XSLT, XTT, XML and Java Our Benefits At Heidelberg Materials, we understand that your well-being and professional growth are essential.
