About the Opportunity

If so, Council has an exciting opportunity within our Business Transformation Program for an experienced Project Lead. Please note, this role is based at our Portland office.

Key responsibilities include

  • Responsible for leading the end-to-end project management process including creating and managing the project plan, resource allocation, timeline management, risk management, issue resolution and reporting.
  • Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and senior management.

What you need to Thrive 

  • Appropriate qualification/s and/or experience in end-to-end project management, local government experience would be an advantage
  • Experience in change management methodologies and techniques, stakeholder engagement, training, and user adoption strategies.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large work volumes within tight deadlines.
