Strategic Property Program Manager

Mansfield Shire Council is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and community focused individual to take up the role of Strategic Property Program Manager. The successful candidate will involves developing high-level business cases, feasibility, and options for Council’s property asset portfolio to maximise return. 

Reporting to Manager Planning and Environment the role will be working with Council, the Executive Management Team and other Council officers to develop and implement a program of priority projects. 

Remuneration will be based on Band 7 Level A classification $93,687.23 per annum plus superannuation according to the Mansfield Shire Council Enterprise Agreement 2022.

This is a fixed term full time role till the 30 October 2026.
