Senior Strategic Asset Management Engineer

• Permanent, Full-time position with a Fortnightly RDO
• Band 7 Salary $92,012 to $101,890 per annum plus statutory superannuation
• An exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic close-knit, high pace team

The Role 

The Senior Strategic Asset Management Engineer is required to deliver high quality asset management functions and support multi-disciplinary teams across the whole organisation.  

This role ensures the efficient and effective delivery of core asset management functions and provides high quality and accurate asset management information and advice to internal and external stakeholders. 

About You 

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a Senior Strategic Asset Management Engineering role, ideally within a Asset Management Team in local/State government organisation. 

Demonstrated proficiency in the use of computers and information technology, coupled with high level communication and analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to investigate and analyse asset condition data with a high level of attention to detail. 

Key Selection Criteria 

• Strong knowledge of Civil Infrastructure assets. 
• Ability to combine technical and strategic knowledge. 
• Ability to prepare clear and concise technical reports and correspondence.  
• Sound literacy and numeracy skills 
• Sound project management skills. 
• Demonstrated supervisory skills 
• Sound Knowledge of the Road Management Act 2004
