The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder has recently completed an organisational restructure and has created a new position of Technical Officer to assist with the delivery of civil works infrastructure capital and operational projects.

This role will be required to plan capital projects and working schedules for operational processes, as well as to carry out technical investigations related to these works and processes.

The role requires a technical qualification and experience in all aspects of the role, with particular emphasis on being an organised and structured person, with good organisational and project management skills as well as good budgeting and expenditure management skills.
