To provide efficient, effective and professional Carpentry / Maintenance on BMCC assets, buildings, fixtures, fittings and associated elements for all Council managed assets while being an interactive member of the Trades Team.

You will have a trade qualification in Carpentry / Joinery with a strong commitment to providing high level customer service.  The ability to be flexible in an ever-changing work environment is critical as is the ability to work successfully as an individual and as part of a dynamic team along with managing contractors, including the ability to respond to call outs and after hours works.

You will be entitled to a business use vehicle; to and from work.

Remuneration: base salary commencing at $68,704 gross per annum
 + adverse working conditions of $1,035 gross per annum
 + 11.5% superannuation
 + performance payment 1% - 3.5% annual salary 
 + annual award increase
