We are now recruiting for a highly motivated professional to join the Traino Team as a Project Coordinator based in Parramatta. This role will work with our Project Managers and Crew Managers to deliver and find the most efficient way to service our customers. This role is fantastic for someone who is looking to take the next step in their project management career.


In your new role, you will be: Liaising with clients in regards to job needs and expectations Conducting job inspections and set up Planning and managing onsite activities including subcontractors and hire equipment Managing onsite safety, quality and environmental requirements to meet Traino and client requirements Effectively managing project compliance paperwork Preparing and completing reporting requirements in a timely manner Preparing subcontract packages and administering these to fulfill site requirements Overseeing the cost control, monitoring of productivities and forecasting costs to completion Identify potential claims (variations/EOT) and accordingly prepare for submission to client Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with the ITP and closed-out to specified requirements.
