Works Crew Allrounder

The Shire of Dundas is seeking motivated people to apply for an all-rounder position being offered in the Shire’s Works Department.

The role

The position will work across the town, gardening , waste facility crews,  assisting with day-to-day jobs such as garden and parks maintenance, footpath repairs, workshop upkeep, and project delivery. The role contains labouring work, and as such requires a good level of fitness.  Applicants should be aware that majority of the work is done outdoors. 

What are we looking for?

• Friendly professional people who can work with a diverse community.
• The ability to work in a small team and follow directions.
• The ability to operate within Work Health and Safety requirements.
• Experience working with small machinery and plant.
• The role requires a level of physicality
• Current Driver’s license.
• Successful applicants will be required to undertake, police clearances and medical prior to employment.
