The Opportunity
The Plumber Drainer Gasfitter is responsible for providing construction and maintenance services and expertise to the utilities network to assist the Utilities Supervisor in the coordination of Council’s water, sewerage
services in all communities throughout the area of responsibility.

Required Knowledge / Qualifications
It is essential that the person in this position hold a relevant Plumber Drainer Gas Fitter License and a Construction Safety White Card, and/or be able to demonstrate equivalent related experience. It is also highly desirable for the person in this position to have other qualifications, such as Backflow Prevention Endorsement; Confined Space Entry; and backhoe, truck/MR and other related plant tickets and licences. You will also require a current C class Drivers Licence.
• You will need to reside in or adjacent to town for emergency callouts
• You are required to participate in an on-call roster (only when competent)
