The role:

Council is currently seeking a General Labourer (known within Council as a Field Officer) to join the Scone Parks & Facilities team. 
The position will undertake general labouring and other duties as directed by the Team Leader - Parks and Facilities. These duties will include operating horticultural plant and equipment, tree planting, operating and maintaining watering systems, treating and controlling weeds, pests and diseases management, as well as assist with other general maintenance duties.

What we need from you:

If you have some knowledge of general maintenance of parks and facilities that is a great.  If not you will have transferable skills which should include the use of hand tools, ability to follow direction, great work ethic, and the ability to safely undertake labouring tasks, then we can teach you the rest!
