About the Position

This role includes assisting to deliver engineering design and drafting services using AutoCAD software, estimating project costs, surveying, and ensuring that design documentation complies with statutory regulations, stakeholder requirements, Council Policies, and objectives. The discipline knowledge in engineering infrastructure design should be in roads, drainage, and parking.

As a member of the team, you will have the chance to diversify your experiences not only on your current skills and knowledge but on specified areas of development. The Engineering department has a focus on continuous learning and personal development through a training programme.

You are highly motivated, a team player and able to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment with accuracy, flexibility and attention to detail. You also possess excellent written and verbal communication, high level organisational and time management skills, as well as superior customer services skills.

Salary and Benefits

Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. 
This position ranges between $88,809 to $96,218
