Full TimeMansfield Shire Council is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and community focused individual to take up the role of Coordinator Capital Works. The successful candidate is responsible for managing duties associated with the planning and delivery of capital works for the roads, drainage, and bridged program, and for providing strategic direction in all aspects of project management with a strong focus on customer service.
Reporting to Manager Capital Works and Operations, the Coordinator Capital Works responsibilities managing principal contractors and subcontractors to ensure Capital Works projects are delivered on time and within budget, undertaking site inspections and investigations to ensure works comply with quality systems and legislation, whilst keeping project delivery a priority.
Remuneration will be based on Band 7A classification $93,687.23 per annum plus superannuation according to the Mansfield Shire Council Enterprise Agreement 2022.
