  • Band 3 Salary from $37.18 - $39.78 per hour inclusive of casual loading plus superannuation
  • Evenings and weekend availability is required

About the Position:

We currently have exciting opportunities for customer focused individuals to join our Customer Experience team at Ballarat Aquatic and Lifestyle Centre.

Customer Experience Officers are our frontline staff who will deliver service quality that exceeds the expectations of our customers. 

Customer Experience Officers will have a thorough understanding of all programs that we run at the centre and will help to match these programs and benefits to the unique needs of each of our customers. The successful candidates will possess excellent communication and customer service skills and will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.  

The successful applicants will need to be available to work a broad range of hours across centre opening hours, often at short notice:  

  • Monday to Friday 5.30am to 9.00pm 
  • Saturday: 5.30am to 6.00pm 
  • Sunday: 7.30am to 6.00pm 

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Experience working within a customer facing and fast paced environment. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to relate effectively with a range of people. 
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment demonstrating a can-do attitude and a positive work ethic. 
  • An understanding of the services and programs provided at the Ballarat Aquatic and Lifestyle Centre. 
  • Available to work a broad range of shifts across centre opening hours: 
    • Monday to Friday 5.30am to 9.00pm 
    • Saturday: 5.30am to 6.00pm 
    • Sunday: 7.30am to 6.00pm
