About the Position: We currently have exciting opportunities for customer focused individuals to join our Customer Experience team at Ballarat Aquatic and Lifestyle Centre. Customer Experience Officers are our frontline staff who will deliver service quality that exceeds the expectations of our customers. Customer Experience Officers will have a thorough understanding of all programs that we run at the centre and will help to match these programs and benefits to the unique needs of each of our customers. The successful candidates will possess excellent communication and customer service skills and will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
