To provide efficient, effective and professional Carpentry / Maintenance on BMCC assets, Buildings, fixtures, fittings and associated elements for all Council managed assets while being an interactive member of the Trades Team.
Trade qualification in Carpentry / Joinery with a strong commitment to providing high level customer service. The ability to be flexible in an ever-changing work environment is critical as is the ability to work successfully as an individual and as part of a dynamic team along with managing contractors.
Ability to respond to Call outs and after hours works.
Remuneration: base salary commencing at $68,704 gross per annum
+ 11.5% superannuation
+ Business use vehicle – To and from work.
+ performance payment 1% - 3.5% annual salary (if eligible)
+ annual award increase
