The Environmental Offsets - Planning, Monitoring and Research team is seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Conservation Planning Support Officer ready to drive meaningful conservation outcomes on environmental offset nature reserves in the ACT. This role supports the development and delivery of management plans to meet environmental offset approval conditions, protect threatened species, and restore endangered ecological communities. The successful candidate will bring proven skills, strong teamwork and stakeholder engagement abilities, and a solid understanding of adaptive management principles, ecology and environmental policies.
The Conservation Planning Support Officer will collaborate closely with environmental offset rangers, spatial planners, and other skilled professionals, all committed to evidence-based conservation and long-term ecological success.
