The Role:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Coordinator - Building and Facilities Management to provide strategic leadership to our Facilities Management team. Your expertise in leadership and managing complex asset management programs including the development and execution of asset management plans and strategic capital works programs will be instrumental in enhancing the safety, reliability and functionality of our assets.

What You’ll Do:

Leadership & Culture: Foster a positive, high-performance workplace culture by providing strategic leadership that empowers team members to reach their full potential, promotes collaboration, and drives continuous innovation.

Asset Management: Design and execute comprehensive strategies for the full lifecycle management of critical assets, with a focus on maximising operational efficiency, reliability, and long-term sustainability.

Project Management: Lead the end-to-end delivery of maintenance and facilities improvement projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with safety, quality, and organisational standards.

Problem-Solving: Proactively address operational challenges by applying innovative and effective solutions, ensuring the continuous and seamless performance of all building systems and facilities.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure maintenance and improvement initiatives are strategically aligned with organisational goals and operational priorities.
