The Opportunity
The Recreation and Open Space team is responsible for the provision and strategic management of over 150 open spaces covering more than 300 hectares of land that is home to a broad range of parks, play spaces and sport and recreation facilities in the City of Maribyrnong.
We are looking for an appropriately qualified and experienced Senior Open Space Planner to contribute to the work of the Council's Planning team.
Reporting to the Coordinator Recreation and Open Space Planning, this role is integral to leading, supporting and coordinating the development of open space strategies, policies and plans that will provide for higher quality open spaces across the municipality.
