Your Opportunity:
We are now looking for a full-time Plant Mechanic based in Tenterfield, NSW.
Reporting to the Fleet Coordinator, this role is responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of Council plant and equipment to ensure consistent fleet operations.

To qualify, you will need a relevant qualification in plant or motor mechanic trades and demonstrated experience in maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of a wide range of vehicles, plant, and equipment. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a mechanical or maintenance role will also be essential. Additionally, the following is required:

We're looking for someone who thrives in a hands-on, collaborative environment while delivering high standards of mechanical support.
Please Note: The successful candidate must have a current, unrestricted Australian driver's licence and hold, or be willing to obtain, a National Criminal History Record Check prior to commencing employment.
