HR Agitator Driver/Plant Operator | Onslow An opportunity has now become available for an enthusiastic person to fill the role of HR Agitator Driver/Plant Operator based in Karratha/Onslow, WA. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the successful candidate will be self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, physically fit and possess a strong work ethic. You will have impeccable customer focus and be highly motivated risk aware and safety driven. This is a full-time role, commencing February/March 2025. Your working days will be Monday to Friday with overtime and Saturday/Sunday work according to business needs. Experience is preferred; however, training and/or HR licensing may be considered for suitable candidates. This is a residential role with rental assistance or accommodation provided. About the Role: Perform Batching and occasional concrete field testing within the Onslow and Karratha area. Delivering concrete in an agitator truck Housekeeping and yard duties. Front End Loader operations (ticket preferred but can be offered to the right person). Carry out equipment calibrations. Sampling, record keeping and testing in accordance with quality assurance standards. Travelling when required between sites, work vehicle will be supplied.


Background and Experience required: Have a passion for delivering remarkable customer service and providing great results. HR licence highly regarded. Are a team player who can multi-task and make quick effective decisions under pressure Qualifications in Laboratory Techniques preferred, but not essential. Excellent Health and Safety behaviours. Strong literacy and numeracy skills (written & verbal) Physically fit A current Western Australian manual driver’s licence Testing experience or a willingness to learn. Front-End loader ticket will be highly regarded.
