Emerge Early Years Services (EEYS) will be introducing Early Years Coordinators (Area Managers) and Service Director roles to strengthen the leadership and support available across our regions.
These roles will work closely with our services and teams, providing practical guidance, strengthening connections and supporting greater consistency in the way EEYS policies, procedures and practices are implemented. They will also play an important role in supporting continuous improvement in quality and compliance and strengthening outcomes for children and families.
