About the position

The Coordinator Customer Experience provides coordination and leadership across all of Council’s customer experience services and administration functions. This position will support continuous business improvement through the design and delivery of customer experiences programs, initiatives and training which respond to the needs of customers and the organisation.

About you

  • Tertiary qualifications relevant to the responsibilities of the position or extensive relevant experience, expertise and competence sufficient to perform the duties required at this level.
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality customer experience and stakeholder support.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse technical problems, and identify and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Proven ability to analyse data and information and prepare reports and submissions for decision making.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and managing change.
  • Experience managing and mentoring highly effective teams to achieve organisational objectives.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills combined with good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience using Microsoft products, customer relationship management software and digital technologies including Civica’s Authority System (desirable)
  • Demonstrated Advanced Level Key Capabilities as defined in the Key Capabilities table (outlined in the Position Description).

We offer

  • Full Time Term Contract, 35 hours per week, up until 30 June 2025
  • Hourly Rate from $49.7982 to $55.9298 per hour (depending on qualifications, skills and experience) plus 11.5% superannuation
